A prestigious Public Sector Organization, operating under the Government of Pakistan, has announced Advertisement No. 02/2025, inviting applications from dynamic, qualified, and result-oriented individuals for contract-based Assistant Manager positions in multiple technical and administrative fields.

This recruitment drive is focused on inducting competent professionals in a highly demanding project environment. Vacancies are available in the disciplines of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Metallurgy, Chemical, Physics, IT (Cyber Security), and Admin/HR. These appointments are initially on a contract basis and may be extended based on the project’s requirements and employee performance.

Candidates must hold a First Division (1st Div) in their final degree with minimum academic gaps and should demonstrate the ability to work in high-pressure, technical settings. Individuals with prior relevant experience in their domain will be given preference.

For cyber security roles, applicants must possess solid expertise in network security, penetration testing, Python/C programming, and security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001. For Admin and HR roles, professionals with degrees like MBA, BBA (4 years), MPA, MAS, MS/MA in HRM are eligible.

Applicants must be within the age limit of 18 to 35 years. However, age and qualification relaxations may be granted according to government rules. Candidates working in government or semi-government organizations must submit No Objection Certificates (NOC) from their departments.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to produce original documents and verified educational certificates during the selection process. Strict disciplinary actions will be taken against candidates who submit false, forged, or tampered documents.
